Track and Field Off- Season Workouts

Track and Field will begin off season workouts Sept 5th at 3:45 in the weight room. The month of September schedule is as follows. Tuesday and Thursday 3:45pm – 5:00pm. Please arrange your transportation accordingly. ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE AN UP TO DATE PHYSICAL ON FILE. Physicals from last school year are not valid. Forms are located in the attendance office. Physical must be completed fully, incomplete physicals will not be accepted.
